    Carlos Salces is a producer, writer, director, and editor which are made by him. He was born in Mexico City on 29th February 1972. After acting in Redondo directed by Raul Busteros, he got passion towards acting when he was 11 years old. Then he started acting for some feature films along with some Mexican directors and making himself involved in most of the film making aspects. In a very young age, he also developed his first documentaries and a first shot for video. The first feature film directed by him in the year 1990 was Aqui No Pasa Nada, which means Here, Nothing Happens. In 1993, he also worked as an editor and Cuarto Oscuro, which is the short film that title means Dark Room has been directed by him on the same year. The Mexican Academy of Film has given an Ariel Award to him in the year 1995.
