    Björk, born on November 21, 1965 is an Iceland producer and song writer. The musical career from Björk began at her age of eleven when she was in a primary school of classical piano.

    She has eclectic musical style and she is recognized in alternative jazz, rock, classical, electronic, dance, and avant-garde music.

    Björk was selected for as many as 14 Grammy Awards. She also won 2 Golden Globe Awards and the 1 Academy Award. In 2000 at the Cannes Film Festival, she won the award for best actress. It was for the participation in the Dancer in the dark. On music, the hundred greatest women, she was placed 29.

    Björk's had her first acting role in the 1986, in The Juniper Tree movie. Björk also starred in the 2007 in the animated film from Gunar Karlsson, called Anna and the Moods.

    In her career, she got 4 awards from the BRIT Awards, where she had nine nominations. She also won four MTV Awards, where she had 12 nominations. She was nominated 13 times for the Grammy Award, but she did not get it. For Grammy Award she has been nominated each year between 1996 and 2002.

    She appeared in a documentary program on Channel 4 in July 2013. She was there together with David Attenborough.
